Kayla is a recent graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law.
While in law school, Kayla clerked for the Honorable Patricia Benke at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One. She was also a member of the Moot Court executive board where she competed in national tournaments, winning first place at the Pacific Regional of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Additionally, she was Managing Articles Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.
Prior to attending law school, Kayla lived in San Francisco where she worked in Client Service for a technology company and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her Golden Retriever, Daisy.
