Why you decided to start your own business?
First, my dad had his own business so I wanted to be a business owner from the beginning. Second, I was fired for the first and only time for no good reason so I wasn’t going to let that happen again. Finally, I saw a ton of waste in the catering/events business and wanted to fix it.
One piece of advice you’d give to someone starting out?
Use a peer group. Don’t try and make all the decisions on your own! fine print: you don’t know anything 🙂
